I wonder how they are going to deal with getting the Raptor on the ship. I would think that Boomer would say over the radio, "Hey, its Boomer and I've got Ellen with me" but that wouldn't make for the TV-cliche dramatic reveal.
Um.. what did she expect? Walking around in a room presumably solely occupied by humans, and those same humans desperate to get hold of whatever it is was being rationed.
Hatrid of Cylons + frustration + anger = Trouble
Still, at least they weren't asking her whether she grew up on a farm or how many cats she has :p
I too am interested in just how Boomer convinces Galactica to let her on board. Maybe she lets Ellen do the talking and Tigh insists they let them through.
However the Boomer gets the ship on board, I think they need to preserve the surprise of Ellen being the final cylon. They're going to want to preserve the "moment" and reactions of Ellen stepping off of the Raptor.
That mob would cut her baby right from her belly "This is for the billions you killed Cylon!" [rabble-rabble-mob-sounds]
Tyrol: "Tory, I know we were once married 2000 years ago - but let's face it, it wasn't so great. So, since you killed cabbage-breath, er, Callie, I'm gonna exact revenge with this BIG knife I got from Last Supper pic we all posed for and it's end-of-the-line for you." [Tory's eyes go wide - you know the rest]"Say, Boomer, you wanna go into the storage locker?"

^ this seems significant. Watch the end of the clip again; there's what looks like a quick cut between two different takes or camera angles. Just prior to the cut, Six looks to be clutching at her belly.
Which makes sense. She's far enough along in her pregnancy that she can feel the baby moving; that sort of rough-housing could cause all kinds of complications.

Oh... my gods. It's Ellen Tigh.

'I don't want any trouble' says Caprica.

Does anyone know if they are going to post the remaining episodes on-line?
I thought I read once that they were NOT going to post the final five episodes.
Holy frak, I love Caprica Six. Love. Her.
Head-Six is by far the coolest Six.

@Jeremy,
From what has been explained here and elsewhere, the final episodes will be available online 8 days after the original air date.
For what it's worth, NBC offers the episodes within 24 hrs on cable on-demand for free.
