The 13th Colony reports that BSG cast members are getting involved in a charity auction to raise money for Vancouver actor Babz Chula who has cancer:
The Babz Chula Lifeline for Artists Society is holding a charity auction to raise money for alternative cancer treatments.
Starting April 2 and running to April 12, you can bid in an auction for dinner with:
* Callum Keith Rennie (Leoben on BSG)
* Tahmoh Penikett & Kandyse McClure (Helo & Dualla, BSG)
Other dinner dates:
* Paul McGillian & Jewel Staite (Stargate: Atlantis)
* David Duchovny & Nicholas Lea (X-Files)
* Chris Carter (X-Files)
There will also be a number of memorabilia items up for bid. Winners of the dinner auctions will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodation to meet with their host at a pre-selected restaurant.

And Veering off topic for a second... TV Shows on DVD reports that the AMC series Mad Men, another great TV show is coming to DVD and Blu-ray on July 1st with its acclaimed first season. If you missed it the first time it aired, you might want to check it out.
