This poster at the SPACE forums noticed that the British Columbia Film Commission has a title listed for the new BSG movie, BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: THE PLAN.
Moore/Eick, is this one of those inside-meta jokes? You know what I'm talking about. *suspicious*

That would be a pretty lame title. I never was a fan of "Razor" either.
Cain was certainly sharpening a fine point on Shaw and her other officers. The ones that lived, at least. Seemed like a perfect title.
I'm referring above to the fact that those two (Eick especially) are always making jokes about having a plan, hahaha, guess it's meaningless afterall, etc etc. You never know with those two...
BSG writer/exec producer Mark Verheiden teased on his blog this very same title. [Archive 8.9.8]
What is of interest is that if the Cylon-centric telemovie stars Tyrol, Anders and Cavil, it suggests that these people were in on "the plan."
We've seen nothing to date that suggests that Tyrol and Anders, two members of the Final Five hidden Cylons, have any awareness of the Cylon plan, and if the telemovie is set during the time-period of the first three seasons (as has been reported in several places) then are there more than one copy of Tyrol and Anders? How can they be architects or administrators of a plan if they don't even know what it means to be a Cylon? Does #1 Cavil have that designation for a reason?
Ah, questions.
I like that title! :D
Works well with the mythology of the show, and I'm sure it'll make perfect sense once we see how everything wraps up.
@radii
The description of the tele-movie states that it addresses the attempts of two Cylon agents in particular (I take this to mean Cavil and Anders) and how they deal with survivors of the holocaust. That leads me to believe that the story is going to focus on Anders creating the Resistance and Cavil trying to figure out what the hell he's going to do about the 'frakkers' that survived.
I have a feeling the "2 cylon agents" comment refers to two copies of Number One (perhaps specifically Galactica-Cavil and Caprica-Cavil), not Tyrol or Anders.
I think that the movie will show some backstory on Tyrol and Anders, helping to reinforce their "cylonness." They will probably do it in a T.V. movie because they won't have time do to it in the series - if they focus on how any of the final five could have shown their cylon nature previous to Crossroads in the last 10 episodes, it will be Tigh, since he's such a central character and the idea of him fighting in the original cylon war is a compelling one.
Just thought you should know that someone posted on the Beyond the Red Line Forum claiming that Douglas had let loose some VERY spoilerific stuff regarding the final four cylons in an SFX magazine interview.
If it is indeed true than this is information you might want to avoid.
@master: yes, someone mentioned that on another post this week...some of us are STUDIOUSLY AVOIDING that info. ;)
