Los Angeles Times writer Geoff Boucher will be moderating the BATTLESTAR GALACTICA screening/Q&A at the Arclight next Wednesday in Hollywood. He is now opening the floor for fans everywhere and anywhere, to send in questions for the panel:
Boucher, writer and purveyor of many things geek, will be moderating a panel at The Envelope's Emmy Screening Series' presentation of "Battlestar Galactica." Cast and creators will be in attendance, so this is your opportunity to question them on things like: "Why did you kill Cally?" or "Which one of you decided Starbuck would have long hair?" or "Where do you keep your Peabody Award?"You can e-mail Geoff at geoff.boucher@latimes.com.
The names of the cast and crew attending has not yet been released. As of now, the LA Times says the screening is full, and has confirmed that they will show "a full-length preview" of the mid-season finale episode...in HD Dolby 5.1 Surround Sound!
Well I'm jealous as all get out that I can't join Logan there next week. Have a good time, any of you who are going. Just like last year, I'll certainly be keeping tabs. Something tells me the whole thing is a bit more...restrained...this year.
Go Emmys.

If anyone wants to hang out with me at the Arclight event, maybe I'll wear a name tag or something. Or just come up and say hi, or "Sitrep!?" like Adama does during a crisis. We should work out an official Galactica Sitrep secret handshake, or fist bump.
I am going to have to start paying better attention now that I live in LA! They never did this stuff in Dallas... :) Too bad it is full. Hey if anyone has a spare ticket or can't go...
I went to the 6.6.7 event at the CineramaDome last time 'round (in my neighborhood) and they really pulled out all the stops. I expected a subdued film-school type affair (screening and Q&A only) and instead there was a red-carpet walk, the major stars, a lot of security, a DJ, giveaway, crowd warm-up, all of it. Sci-Fi Channel really nurtures their tent-pole show.
