Here's what we see:
Tigh holding a gun to what looks like Adama's head (Eddy has a VERY distinctive hair style).
The Book of Pythia spontaneously set afire.
Starbuck sitting before what looks like a cairn (a funeral fire perhaps?)
A shot of (at least what looks like) a Colonial pilot dogtag and a wedding band in someone's hand
A hand feeling along a rock or stone wall/surface.
Adama at the foot of someone's (presumably) death bed; odds are its Roslin's.
What's it all mean? Guess we'll have to wait until next year.

But we already saw him mourning Roslin, in last week's episode, albeit in a vision/flash-forward. My guess is that the death he is mourning in the promo is one that we don't expect (and that for all we know, Laura Roslin's death might happen off-camera, later than the series finale).
It has to be someone whose death will leave William Adama grief-stricken. The three who qualify (besides Roslin) would be Tigh, or Starbuck, or Lee. Since Starbuck already died (I don't know yet whether to put scare-quotes around "died", of course) -- and since we have already seen Adama's reaction to Starbuck's death, I am guessing that either Tigh or Lee Adama dies in the final group of episodes.
The teaser doesn't show the Book of Pythia spontaneously set afire. It shows someing possibly Starbuck reading the book with the fire behind it.
I agree it looks like Tigh has a gun to the head of Adama.
The hand feeling along a wall? You have to remember they still have to find the source of the distress becon. Could that be the location of the final cylon?
Also is the voice that of the final cylon? If so it sounded female.
Is there no way that head couldn't be Zarek? The one Tigh's pointing a gun at.
I thought the voice sounded a little like Tigh. I do think it's Adama he's holding the gun on - the hair is distinctive as uberscribbler points out. Thanks for the dogtags - it went by so fast, I couldn't tell what they were. I think maybe Tigh in the body bag.
And at the end of Revelations - did you see Tori walk to Anders and take his arm? They were together before, maybe they will be moving on with each other. At least Starbuck didn't put a bullet in his head - I love me some Anders. : )
Is the voice saying, "Your Distress" as in your distress beacon?
Will they find someone on Earth at the source of the distress beacon?
Will that be the final cylon?
I knew as soon as Lee said it was a distress beacon that only the viper Starbuck returned in was picking up, they would find Earth destroyed.
