...was this. And it's a big spoiler, so you've been warned.
That was a really satisfying episode, for me. Enjoy it tonight!

Any other Mac users out there having problems with the live stream? Mine would stop and then go back to the beginning of the episode! Argh!
@ lisa: I was on an intel imac (1 year old) running firefox; it worked fine for me this week and last week.
But you should note your issues over on the skiffy thread, hopefully the webmasters will be reading it.
Unbelievable episode. This is the first time since season 1 I felt so much intensity.
i was on a intel macbook and it was fine. You have to have the latest windows media player installed... that's the only thing i can think of
OMG Baltar/Baltar are my new OTP
Thanks proggrrl, just realized my issue was Safari...I wasn't in Firefox....DANGIT. (I'll be ready next week....) I have the same sys as you. By the way. LOVE your site...it's been a great source of fun for me!
And from what I could see of this ep (grrr), it looked GOOD! And I DID see a bit of the doublegaius....what is UP? Love it!
Melancholy and scattershot ... two gears down from the punch of Episode 1 (I don't count Razor)

Random instantaneous thoughts on this episode...
I missed a few scenes here and there that I'm sorry I missed. Cannot wait to rewatch!
Loved the entire Kara/Laura scene at the front. Brilliant. "I wanna hate you so much..." Also love the idea of the fleet having all these hallucinating, oracle-type women...throw Cap Six and Athena and their groupdreams into this mix too and...wow.
Huzzah the lady hybrid (and the naked cylon tai chi) are back! Cavil is so deliciously creepy. "Transformation is the goal. They will not harm their own." Who is she referring to there?
"You're the president's wet nurse." SSSSNNNNNNAP!
"I'm machine enough to admit I was wrong."
Angeli, you deserve a medal for this stuff. Is it all yours?
OK the Racetrack/Cairns fans have a lot more to love thanks to the raucus scenes of her at the going away party for Lee. Which was joyous...and then sweet, when he and Adama saluted their continued dedication to Kara. Awwwww.
Is it just me or were there more references to photos on the walls in this episode than ever before? Lots of history.
Like I said, and will always say, how can you go wrong with having Gaius get a visit from even-more-snarky HeadGauis? Or, as I prefer to call him now, NotGaius. That is just the bestest idea. Evar. "Why don't you feel her out?" *snicker*
"You can stay in the room, but get outta my head." Great Adama/Roslin scene, really powerful. I love that Adama is standing up for Starbuck through all of this - and that ultimately he's searching for ways to protect BOTH HIS FAVORITE LADIES. Nice.
You guys have figured out that, natch, I'm still rooting for Lee and Kara in my own way. So their little scene here was touching...but all the goodbyes are making me nervous. Sweet, sweet scene nevertheless.
Now we see that Baltar truly appears to have accepted The One God? I hadn't figured that to be so...sincere. But is he faking it? Eenteresting.
The Leobens, the Sharons, and the Sixes have given the Centurions their reasoning powers. Nice.
Why does it still bother me so much that "the Sixes" don't have a name?
This ep was terrific. So much going on.
Hmm, do we have any questions for Mr. Verheiden? Don't forget you can send 'em on over to that dude at Comix Mix (see post below)...
The Gaius/Gaius scene was TOO good :)
I'm just so glad we finally found out all of the cylon's numbers. Now we know that the final five are 7,9,10,11, and 12.
ack! I missed it this morning as work took over my morning....i shall have to watch it on hulu or BT...sounds good tho!
Too bad Moore still can't do the podcasts... he made another hilarious blog post: http://www.rondmoore.com/Site/Blog/Entries/2008/4/11_Podcast_still_no_go.html
"marital device"... heh.
I'll admit that, thanks to massive problems with audio/video sync, I didn't pay much attention to the Baltar scenes. But... he's wearing an ASCOT? I'm a little bit in love with that.
