They've foreshadowed Roslin twice as a possible cylon (she hears things) ... she is the logical choice for the final cylon. Only Baltar if not her. Any lesser character would be a massive letdown.
Notice the Marines behind her when she's on the Basestar. She's obviously part of a Colonial boarding party. IE, the promo is proof of nothing.
Yep, there are marines present, and the basestar looks kind of damaged. So, think you are correct Damien.
Radii, I think Ron Moore has said the final cylon isn't a main character in several interviews.
