'Tis better to have run against the best of the best, and lost, than never to have run at all.
And actually the situation for genre shows has improved in terms of getting noticed by the Emmys, with the always excellent Terry O'Quinn winning for Lost, and nominations for Heroes, etc.
Lets hope next year will be BSG's year with nominations for Mary McDonnell, Edward James Olmos, Katee Sackhoff along with wins for writing and directing.
At least Battlestar Galactica finally got to take home its long deserved SFX Emmy.
